Texas Man Arrested for Scaling Mar-a-Lago Wall

A Texas man named Anthony Thomas Reyes was arrested after scaling the perimeter fence of President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. Reyes confessed to law enforcement that his intent was to "spread the gospel" to President Trump and marry his granddaughter, Kai Trump, who recently turned 18. This was not Reyes' first trespassing incident at Mar-a-Lago, as he had been previously trespassed from the property on New Year's Eve 2024. No Secret Service protectees were present during the incident, and President Trump was in Washington at the time. Reyes was charged with felony occupied trespass, held on a $50,000 bond, and pleaded not guilty while being ordered to have no contact with Trump or his family.
