Trump Golf Club Scored 32, Later Improved to 86
Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey, received Somerset County's lowest health inspection score, earning 32 out of 100 points on May 6 after inspectors cited 18 violations, nine of them critical. Critical violations included expired milk, improperly stored raw meat, a dishwasher failing to sanitize, and handwashing stations lacking soap and towels. The club was given a 'conditionally satisfactory' grade of C and ordered to correct the violations before a follow-up inspection. Following reinspection, the club improved its score to 86 out of 100, resulting in an upgraded B grade, the highest allowed after a conditional C. Several serious issues, such as food contamination and hygiene lapses, were addressed on site, while others needed further correction. The Trump Organization has not publicly commented on the inspection results.
