Ali Abbasi, director of the Oscar-nominated film 'The Apprentice', has parted ways with his U.S. representation at CAA and Entertainment 360 following allegations of groping an A-list actor at a Golden Globes after-party. Reports suggest the incident involved an inebriated Abbasi at a gathering at Chateau Marmont, although it was not an official CAA event. Abbasi, who has not directly commented on the allegations, stated he is moving in a new career direction and expressed gratitude for his former representatives' work on 'The Apprentice'. The film, which explores Donald Trump's rise to power, earned Oscar nominations for Sebastian Stan and Jeremy Strong. Abbasi is now represented by LARK Management in the UK and has also parted ways with The Lede Company after his contract expired.
