Fatal Crash Closes SH-121 in Grapevine, Texas

A deadly crash on State Highway 121 in Grapevine early Friday morning resulted in the closure of the highway in both directions. The incident occurred around 5 a.m. when the driver of a northbound sedan hit a guardrail and flipped into the southbound lanes, where it was struck by two southbound vehicles. The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene, while one of the other drivers sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. Police are currently investigating the incident, and the highway is expected to remain closed as crews work to clear debris. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes to avoid delays. The identity of the deceased driver will be released pending notification of next of kin.
