A tragic shooting at Detroit’s Eastern Market following the Lions' game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday has resulted in two deaths. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. when a fight broke out between two men, one of whom pulled out a gun and fired shots, killing a Detroit man in his 40s and critically injuring another in his 20s. The injured man later died in the hospital. The suspect, an Oak Park man in his 30s with a concealed pistol license, was arrested at the scene. Detroit Police Chief James White condemned the mix of tailgating, drinking, and firearms, stressing that such violence is unacceptable. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities urging anyone with additional information to come forward.
