Kinh Bac City Partners with Trump Organization on $1.5 Billion Project

Vietnam's Kinh Bac City (KBC) has announced a partnership with The Trump Organization to develop a $1.5 billion golf and hotel complex in Hung Yen province. This collaboration was formalized through a memorandum of understanding signed during Vietnamese President To Lam's visit to the U.S. in late September. The project will include two 54-hole golf courses, luxury hotels, and a modern residential complex, with Eric Trump expressing excitement about entering the Vietnamese luxury market. An analysis indicated that the golf course sector is a major revenue generator for The Trump Organization. Local authorities are supportive of foreign investment in Hung Yen, which is also an industrial hub. Construction timelines for the project have not yet been disclosed.
