Macklemore Releases Pro-Palestine Song 'Hind's Hall 2'

Macklemore has released a new protest song titled 'Hind's Hall 2,' a sequel to his previous pro-Palestine anthem from May. The track features contributions from a variety of Palestinian artists, including Anees, MC Abdul, and Amer Zahr, as well as choir vocals from groups such as the LA Palestinian Kids Choir. The lyrics reflect the experiences of those affected by the conflict, with MC Abdul poignantly stating, 'I’ve seen massacres, I’m grateful to be alive.' Macklemore also criticizes U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris regarding arms shipments to Israel, aligning with the Uncommitted movement aimed at halting such support. Per his previous commitment, he will donate all proceeds from 'Hind's Hall 2' to UNRWA USA, which assists Palestinian refugees. The song was first performed at the 'Palestine Will Live Forever Festival' and has garnered significant attention for its political messaging.
