Extended drawbridge openings at the Royal Park and Flagler bridges are anticipated, as the event is expected to draw over 55,000 attendees and increase vessel traffic. The town of Palm Beach has noted that these extended openings will occur not only during the event but also in the days leading up to and following it, complicating travel plans for residents and visitors. Additionally, lane closures on the Lake Worth bridge due to a mechanical issue will further contribute to traffic woes. Meanwhile, large boats navigating the Shark River Inlet in Belmar may also face delays due to a bridge replacement project on Route 71, although vehicle traffic is reported to remain unaffected.
