Tim Allen Forgives After Erika Kirk's Forgiveness

Actor Tim Allen said he has forgiven the man responsible for his father's 1964 death after being moved by Erika Kirk's public forgiveness of the man charged with killing her husband, Charlie Kirk. At a Sept. 21 memorial, Erika Kirk said she forgave 22-year-old Tyler Robinson, who is accused of fatally shooting Charlie Kirk at a Utah Valley University event on Sept. 10. Allen, 72, wrote on X that he had “struggled for over 60 years to forgive the man who killed my Dad,” whose death in 1964 in a crash involving a drunk driver left him 11 years old, and closed his post, “Peace be with you all.” Coverage notes Robinson faces murder charges while authorities have not fully explained a motive.
