Wisconsin Teen Charged in Plot Against Trump

Nikita Casap, a 17-year-old from Wisconsin, has been charged with the murder of his mother and stepfather, allegedly as part of a broader plot to assassinate President Donald Trump and overthrow the government. Federal authorities revealed that Casap planned these murders to acquire the financial means necessary for his extremist agenda, which included purchasing a drone and explosives. Casap's manifesto, discovered on his phone, contained antisemitic and neo-Nazi rhetoric, praising Adolf Hitler and calling for a revolution to 'save the white race.' He communicated these plans with others, including a Russian speaker, and intended to flee to Ukraine. Casap remains in custody on a $1 million bond and is facing multiple charges, including use of weapons of mass destruction and conspiracy. His next court appearance is scheduled for next month.
