Russian Drone Attacks Kill Six, Injure Dozens Across Ukraine

The U.S. estimates that Ukraine destroyed about 10 Russian warplanes in its recent airbase strikes, prompting Putin to vow revenge and dismiss ceasefire talks with Ukraine.
