This community offers diverse architectural styles and is located within the highly regarded Rockwall Independent School District. In Houston, Toll Brothers has launched its first Regency 55+ active-adult homes within the Chambers Creek master plan in Willis, Texas, with prices starting in the upper $300,000s. These single-level homes provide modern open floor plans and extensive amenities, including a resort-style pool, golf course, and various recreational facilities, catering to the active adult demographic. Both projects emphasize customization through the Toll Brothers Design Studio and aim to meet the growing demand for luxury and active adult living in desirable Texas locations.
