Strategy Buys 397 BTC, Saylor Forecasts $1M
Strategy purchased 397 BTC between Oct. 27 and Nov. 2 for about $45.6 million at an average price of $114,771, bringing its holdings to 641,205 BTC. The company says those BTC were acquired for roughly $47.49 billion, giving an average acquisition cost near $74,000 per coin. Strategy financed the buys through at‑the‑market (ATM) equity programs, raising about $69.5 million that week while retaining tens of billions in available ATM capacity under an expanded capital‑raise plan. Michael Saylor reiterated a hyper‑bullish outlook, forecasting roughly $150,000 by year‑end and $1 million within four to eight years, citing wider bank adoption and AI‑driven demand. Analysts cautioned that Strategy’s slower purchase pace versus September and softer ETF inflows could weigh on Bitcoin’s price recovery, and traders have taken Saylor’s “Orange is the color of November” post as a sign he may buy more.
