QAnon Shaman Withdraws Support, Calls Trump Fraud Over Epstein Files

Jacob Chansley, widely known as the QAnon Shaman and a prominent figure from the January 6 Capitol riot, has publicly denounced President Donald Trump despite receiving a pardon from him earlier in 2025. Chansley's outburst on social media included calling Trump a "fraud" and accusing him of heinous acts, including necrophilia, tied to Trump's alleged connections with Jeffrey Epstein. Chansley's disillusionment appears linked to the Trump administration's refusal to release more Epstein-related files, which contradicted the conspiracy theory narrative that Trump was safeguarding the public from elite pedophiles. Besides Trump, Chansley also lambasted various Trump administration officials, accusing them of complicity in covering up Epstein-related information and engaging in occult practices. This public break highlights growing frustration among some former staunch MAGA and QAnon supporters over the president's handling of controversial issues. Despite backlash and temporary deletion of his social media account, Chansley continued his tirade, declaring himself president of a new constitutional republic.
