This bout was initially scheduled for Bellator Champions Series: London but was postponed without explanation. Eblen, who holds an undefeated record of 15-0, previously defeated Edwards (13-3) by TKO in their first encounter in September 2023. The event will also feature heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou making his PFL debut against Renan Ferreira, alongside a co-main event featuring Cris Cyborg versus Larissa Pacheco.
