Authorities across several U.S. cities are seeking public assistance in locating multiple missing children and teenagers. In Detroit, 18-year-old Ciara Arnold, who has a learning disability, disappeared after leaving her home on March 28. In San Antonio, 16-year-old Maryjane Alazai Garcia, who has medical conditions, was last heard from on March 26. Bakersfield police are searching for at-risk 16-year-old Kimora Jackson, last seen on March 31. In Colorado Springs, 14-year-old Ethan Rogers went missing on March 31, while Denver police are looking for 16-year-old Jerry 'Owen' Van-Pierson, who has a developmental disability, last seen on March 30. Additionally, Minneapolis police are searching for 10-year-old Marvin Dwayne Terry, missing since March 31, and Worcester authorities are looking for 12-year-old Emerald Andujar, who didn't return from school on March 31.
