Airports like Bradley International are experiencing busy security lines, with TSA reporting 93% compliance with the new REAL ID requirement, which is advised to avoid delays. Traffic congestion is expected to peak during specific times, with experts recommending travelers to plan departures and returns strategically to avoid the heaviest traffic. Despite challenges like air traffic control shortages and construction, travelers remain optimistic about enjoying the holiday weekend and the unofficial start of summer.
