Kroger Wellness Festival 2025 Plans Free Concerts, Celebrity Guests Cincinnati

The Kroger Wellness Festival is set to return to downtown Cincinnati on September 26-27, featuring two free concerts headlined by The All-American Rejects and Third Eye Blind. The family-friendly event will offer over 200 interactive experiences centered on physical, mental, and emotional health, including panel discussions, cooking demos, wellness activities, and a silent disco party. Celebrity guests and professional athletes attending include Rob Lowe, Alex Rodriguez, Laurie Hernandez, Allyson Felix, Joel McHale, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Dustin Poirier. The festival aims to promote healthy living through education on topics such as food as medicine, fitness, skin care, cancer patient support, and GLP-1 treatments. Meanwhile, the Blue Waters Bluegrass Festival in Medical Lake, Washington, returns with a smaller, intimate setting featuring Grammy-nominated Laurie Lewis & The Right Hands, who will perform songs from their upcoming album. Both festivals highlight a focus on community engagement and wellness through music and interactive experiences.
