Louisville Targets Key Transfer Portal Receivers
The Louisville football program is preparing to host several high-profile players from the transfer portal, including former Ball State wide receiver Justin Bowick and Middle Tennessee transfer Omari Kelly. Bowick, who stands at 6-foot-5 and has two years of eligibility left, is visiting Louisville along with Cincinnati and Kentucky, having showcased his potential with 20 catches for 383 yards and three touchdowns in just four games during the 2024 season. Kelly, a 6-foot, 180-pound receiver, had a breakout season at Middle Tennessee with 53 catches for 869 yards and four touchdowns. Meanwhile, Louisville is also set to host USC quarterback Miller Moss and FIU offensive lineman Naeer Jackson as they seek to bolster their roster after 15 of their own players entered the transfer portal. Louisville finished the 2024 season with an 8-4 record and is set to play Washington in the Sun Bowl.
