Honeywell International Inc. has announced the appointment of Mike Stepniak as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Greg Lewis following the disclosure of the company's 2024 fiscal results. Stepniak, currently CFO of Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, will first serve as Vice President of Corporate Finance during the transition. Lewis, who has been with Honeywell for nearly two decades and CFO since 2018, will move to the Senior Vice President role of Honeywell Accelerator and serve as a senior advisor to CEO Vimal Kapur. Stepniak brings over 20 years of finance experience, previously holding positions at General Electric and Baker Hughes. CEO Kapur emphasized Stepniak's strong track record in driving profitable growth, while Lewis expressed confidence in Stepniak's capabilities for a smooth transition.
