Rhanni S. Davis, 30, has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder after fatally shooting four people on a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line train in Forest Park, Illinois, early Monday morning. The victims, identified as Margaret Miller, 64, Simeon Bihesi, 28, Adrian Collins, 60, and an unidentified man, were shot execution-style while they were asleep. The incident, described as a 'random act of violence,' showed no evidence of robbery or altercation according to surveillance footage. Davis was apprehended on another CTA line later that day, thanks to vital security footage. Authorities are still investigating the motive behind the shootings. Forest Park Mayor Rory Hoskins and Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx condemned the act as 'horrific' and 'heinous,' with Foxx emphasizing the need for greater public transportation safety.
