Wyss allegedly shared explicit sexual stories with the couple and admitted that a sexual harassment lawsuit against him would be successful. Busby did not report the incidents at the time due to fear of job loss for her husband and described Wyss's behavior as appalling and disgusting. The Halter Ranch winery has denied the allegations and stated their intention to vigorously contest the claims. Busby left the winery in 2024 and is now seeking compensation through the lawsuit.
