Kansas State Set for Hall of Fame Classic Semifinal

Kansas State will play Mississippi State in the Hall of Fame Classic semifinals at Kansas City's T-Mobile Center on November 20, with Nebraska and New Mexico meeting in the other semifinal; the championship will follow on November 21, and tickets go on sale September 3, with all games streamed on Peacock and NBC Sports NOW. This marks K-State's fourth appearance and the 25th anniversary of the tournament, with their last participation in 2021. The 17th annual Rock Chalk Roundball Classic is set for July 10 in Lawrence, featuring Kansas basketball greats and current NBA players like Ochai Agbaji and Devonté Graham, to benefit families of children with cancer and honor Yvonne Adams with a new legacy fund. The event has raised over $2 million for more than 100 children since 2009. Later in July, alumni teams from Kansas and Kansas State, led by Tyshawn Taylor and Jacob Pullen, will compete in The Basketball Tournament’s Kansas City Regional, possibly setting up a Sunflower Showdown in the second round. These events highlight the enduring athletic and charitable impact of Kansas and Kansas State basketball.
