Teen Shot in Face During San Antonio Road Rage Incident

A 17-year-old male was critically injured in a road rage shooting on the West Side of San Antonio early Tuesday morning along U.S. Highway 90 near Hunt Lane. The teen had been recording the altercation on his cell phone when the other driver opened fire, striking the victim in the face and hitting his vehicle multiple times. Despite his life-threatening injuries, the victim was able to pull over and provide significant details about the suspect to responding officers.
