Over 25,000 without power across multiple regions

Thousands of customers across various regions in the U.S. are facing power outages due to severe winter weather and high winds. In Boulder, Colorado, a separate outage impacted more than 7,000 residents due to high winds, with power restored by early Monday morning after crews worked through the night.
