Significant Police Reshuffle Across Multiple Regions

In a significant reshuffle across various states and departments, numerous IAS and IPS officers have been transferred. In New Delhi, the home ministry ordered the transfer of 78 officers, including five district DCPs of Delhi Police, with officials reassigned to locations such as Mizoram and Jammu and Kashmir. In Trichy, four anti-vice squad police officers were transferred to the armed reserve police force amid bribery allegations. The Uttar Pradesh government transferred 17 IPS officers, including eight district police chiefs, following a court-ordered investigation into harassment allegations. Kerala saw the transfer of Malappuram SP and seven Deputy Superintendents amid serious criminal allegations against top police officials by MLA PV Anwar. In Pakistan, Deputy Secretary Mohsin Aman has been moved to the Prime Minister’s Office, and Deputy Director Israr Ahmed has been deputed to the Secretariat Training Institute.
