Peterborough City Council Launches Christmas Market

The Christmas season is gaining momentum across various cities, with numerous festive events and markets set to take place. In Glasgow, the Christmas Winterfest is returning to George Square featuring an ice rink and festive rides, along with a Santa Dash fun run supporting Beatson Cancer Charity on December 8. Meanwhile, Peterborough City Council has confirmed a Christmas market in Cathedral Square from December 1 to 24, following a successful fundraising effort that secured £56,000 for decorations and lights. Local businesses are encouraged to participate in this vibrant event. In Coventry, the Christmas Market will run from November 15 to January 5, offering a variety of food, drink, and handmade gifts. Additionally, Leamington's Christmas Market will showcase local artisans starting November 3, enhancing the festive spirit in the Midlands.
