Diddy Sued by Former Employee Over Allegations

Pines claims he was responsible for preparing hotel rooms with drugs, alcohol, and sexual paraphernalia while also cleaning up afterwards, including disposing of bodily fluids and evidence of the parties. The suit accuses Combs of sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking, asserting that Pines was forced to engage in sexual acts under Diddy's supervision to prove his loyalty. Combs' legal team has categorically denied all allegations, stating that he has never sexually assaulted anyone and emphasizing the right to a fair judicial process. Pines is seeking unspecified damages, and Combs remains incarcerated as he faces separate charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. The case is set to be heard in May 2025.
