Riviera Beach Teen Killed in Mini-Bike Collision with Car

A tragic mini-bike crash in Riviera Beach killed 16-year-old Lundy Douglas and injured another teen, Joell Banks, after their mini-bike collided with a car on West Blue Heron Boulevard.
