A 26-year-old man from Kirkby has been rearrested on suspicion of murder and possession of a firearm in connection with the fatal shooting of 36-year-old Rikki Berry, known locally as 'Nuggy', who was shot outside a house on Quarryside Drive on July 17. Merseyside Police have arrested a total of 12 individuals as part of the ongoing investigation, with Adam Williams charged with murder and scheduled to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on November 1. Berry succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to the hospital. The police continue to urge anyone with information, images, or footage related to the incident to come forward. The investigation remains active as authorities seek additional witnesses to assist in their inquiries.
