His appointment follows the transition of former COO Melissa Baird to an advisory role after over seven years with the company. Hims & Hers has recently experienced significant growth, including a 69% revenue increase last year and a new partnership with Novo Nordisk to provide access to weight-loss treatments. The company aims to leverage Kabbani's expertise in scaling healthcare operations to broaden its reach and improve service quality.
