Two men charged with extensive 'Pam the Bird' graffiti across Melbourne

A 21-year-old man from Yarraville has been charged with over 50 offences related to a graffiti series featuring 'Pam the Bird' that has appeared on various landmarks across Melbourne. Arrested on January 30, the man faces charges including criminal damage, burglary, and theft, with a total estimated damage exceeding $100,000. Notable incidents include the defacement of the Flinders Street Railway Station clock tower and a recent incident at a hotel in South Wharf on January 20. Police have also apprehended a 39-year-old man in connection with related graffiti offences, bringing the total number of charges against him to more than 20. Authorities seized several items during their investigation, including spray paint and abseiling equipment, believed to be associated with the crimes. Both men are scheduled to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court to face their charges.
