Since taking over on July 8, Ramji, the first outsider to lead Vanguard, has stated that he intends to maintain the company's core mission and values established by founder Jack Bogle. He does not plan to introduce significant cultural changes or a bitcoin ETF, which has been a success at his former employer, BlackRock. Vanguard, known for its low-cost, investor-friendly approach, has been cautious in rolling out new products and services compared to publicly traded firms.
