Kyle Police Arrest Three With Stolen Mail From 37 Addresses
Kyle police arrested three individuals after finding stolen mail from 37 different addresses and multiple fraudulent credit cards during a traffic stop for expired vehicle registration. The driver, Torie Salitrero of San Antonio, initially gave a fake name but was identified and found to have active fraud warrants out of New Braunfels. Officers discovered eight credit cards with various names, a crowbar, and a duffle bag containing the stolen mail in the vehicle. Salitrero, along with passengers Francisco Espinoza and Emmilio Camacho, were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of mail. Additionally, Salitrero faces charges including possession of a controlled substance, fraudulent use of a credit card, failure to identify as a fugitive, and the outstanding warrant. All three suspects remain in custody pending further legal action.
