Greg Norman’s Jet Windshield Shatters Mid-Flight

Golf legend and former LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman experienced a mid-air emergency when the windscreen of his private jet shattered during a flight from Los Angeles to Palm Beach, prompting an emergency return to LAX. Norman was traveling with two pilots at the time, and all on board landed safely and unharmed. He described hearing a 'loud pop' before noticing the windscreen damage. This was only the second such emergency in Norman’s four decades of private flying, despite other previous incidents. Norman shared images and expressed gratitude for emergency personnel on social media, receiving widespread support. Although he recently stepped down as LIV Golf CEO, Norman remains involved as an adviser and continues to serve on the 2032 Brisbane Olympic organizing committee.
