WWE has announced a special live edition of its NXT brand to be held on August 19, 2025, at The Met Philadelphia, marking a significant event as NXT continues its expansion under a new five-year broadcast agreement with The CW network that began in 2023. This live broadcast will air on The CW at 8pm ET and represents NXT's first foray into broadcast television in its 13-year history, positioning it alongside other major live sports on the network such as NASCAR and college football.
