Camille Kostek Claims NFL Wives Judged Her for No Wedding Ring

Camille Kostek, Sports Illustrated model and longtime girlfriend of retired NFL star Rob Gronkowski, has spoken out about feeling judged by other NFL wives and girlfriends (WAGs) for not being married during their relationship. Kostek revealed on Kristin Cavallari’s 'Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour' that she was viewed as 'lesser than' due to not having a ring, and noted particularly that her harshest critic was a divorced NFL wife. Kostek and Gronkowski met while she was a Patriots cheerleader but only began dating after she left the team, keeping their relationship private at first due to cheerleader rules prohibiting dating players. The couple experienced a significant breakup in 2017, which Kostek credits with motivating her to pursue her dream of auditioning for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. Despite the social challenges and ups and downs, Kostek and Gronkowski have maintained a strong relationship for over a decade. Kostek also shared that she bonded with some WAGs, including Gisele Bündchen, but the stigma of being labeled merely a WAG persisted throughout her journey.
