Multiple Meth Seizures Totaling Over 250 Pounds Across US States

Recent law enforcement operations across multiple U.S. states have led to significant methamphetamine seizures and arrests. In Tennessee, Scottie Allen Birchfield was arrested with over 400 grams of methamphetamine after evading capture and being featured on a fugitive list. In Idaho, Robert Gonzalez Jr. and Haydin L. Neese were charged with trafficking after deputies found about 14 pounds of methamphetamine in their vehicle, with Gonzalez admitting to transporting the drugs from California. Nash County deputies in North Carolina arrested four Florida residents trafficking 22.6 pounds of meth, intercepted before the drugs could reach communities. At the Texas border, CBP agents seized 191.40 pounds of methamphetamine valued at over $1.7 million hidden in a vehicle, arresting the driver and initiating a DEA investigation. Additionally, in Pennsylvania, Todd Stumpf was arrested for transporting two pounds of methamphetamine, with charges pending following a coordinated task force operation.
