Sam Neill Joins Cast of Godzilla x Kong Sequel

Sam Neill, renowned for his role as Dr. Alan Grant in the Jurassic Park series, has joined the cast of the upcoming Godzilla x Kong film from Legendary. This addition brings further star power to an already impressive ensemble, which includes Kaitlyn Dever, Jack O'Connell, and Dan Stevens. The film is set to feature new human characters who will ally with Godzilla and Kong against a world-ending threat, under the direction of Grant Sputore. This project follows the successful Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, which grossed $571 million globally, marking a significant milestone in the MonsterVerse franchise, which has earned over $2.5 billion since its inception in 2014. While plot details remain scarce, it is anticipated that the sequel will explore the depths of Hollow Earth, introducing new Titans and challenges. Currently, filming is underway with no trailer or additional footage released yet.
