Albert Glaeser Identified in Fatal Nashua Crash

Albert Glaeser, a 51-year-old man from Nashua, was identified as the victim in a fatal crash on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, New Hampshire. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday when Glaeser's vehicle collided with a utility pole, causing the pole to split and transformers to fall onto the car, resulting in live wires on the scene. Eversource was called to disconnect the power, allowing emergency personnel to extricate Glaeser, who was pronounced dead at the scene. A MedFlight helicopter was dispatched but not utilized as Glaeser succumbed to his injuries. The northbound lanes of the highway were closed for several hours for investigation and removal of the debris. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Nashua police.
