This change accompanies her recent heel turn and alignment with her real-life husband Aleister Black, with whom she has formed a dark, eerie on-screen partnership known as "the necessary evil." Zelina's new persona is highlighted by a more mysterious entrance and a renewed focus, distancing herself from her former ties to the LWO faction. Aleister Black returned to WWE earlier in 2025, reigniting his dominance and bringing back his NXT-era entrance theme, which complements their combined presentation. Zelina previously won the WWE Women’s United States Championship and the Queen’s Crown Tournament, showcasing her success as both a wrestler and manager.
