Romo, who previously played for the Vikings and made 11 of 12 field goals last season, was signed to the Falcons' practice squad earlier this week after winning a kicking competition. Alongside this change, the Falcons placed safety Jordan Fuller on injured reserve and promoted wide receiver David Sills V to the active roster.
