74-Year-Old Man Dies After Baltimore Assault

David Philpot, a 74-year-old resident of Fells Point, Baltimore, was fatally assaulted while walking his dog on Saturday afternoon. The attack occurred after Philpot told his assailant, Timothy Clinedinst, that he didn't have any money. Surveillance footage captured the incident, showing Philpot being pushed to the ground and kicked, which aggravated a pre-existing heart condition, leading to his death the following day. Clinedinst was later arrested in Dundalk and charged with manslaughter.
