Bobby George Case Moved to Cuyahoga County

Cleveland businessman Bobby George, recently charged with multiple felonies including attempted murder and rape, has threatened to sue the City of Cleveland. George's legal team has sent an evidence preservation letter to the city's law director, demanding the preservation of all documents related to his case, alleging bias and improper investigation by the city's law department and police. The charges stem from accusations by George's ex-girlfriend, who claims he assaulted and attempted to kill her over several months. George has been released on a $200,000 bond and denies all allegations. The case has been transferred to the Cuyahoga County system, where a special prosecutor has been appointed.
