Arsenal Sporting Director Flies Portugal For £70m Viktor Gyokeres Talks

Arsenal is on the verge of completing a high-profile transfer for Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres, with the club's sporting director Andrea Berta conducting multiple face-to-face meetings in Portugal to finalize the deal. The transfer, potentially worth around £70 million including add-ons, has seen Gyokeres agree to a five-year contract reportedly worth £200,000 a week, and he has even offered to sacrifice £1.73 million of his wages to facilitate the move.
