Disney Announces 4K Ultra HD Release of 'Tombstone' for April 22, 2025

Disney has announced the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release of the classic western 'Tombstone,' set to debut on April 22, 2025. This marks the film's first 4K release, featuring meticulous remastering that enhances its visuals and sound, allowing audiences to experience the notorious gunfight at the O.K. Corral like never before. The film stars Kurt Russell as U.S. Marshall Wyatt Earp, alongside Val Kilmer and Sam Elliott, and will be available in a limited edition SteelBook with custom artwork. In addition to the physical release, 'Tombstone' will also be accessible on digital platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. Special features on the disc will include behind-the-scenes documentaries and original storyboards but do not introduce new content compared to previous releases.
