Carnival Cruise Line has warned passengers on the Carnival Pride, which departed Baltimore on May 25 for a 14-day cruise to Greenland and Canada, about significant sea ice that may force changes to the itinerary, including possibly missing ports in Greenland. Captain Vito Giacalone, an experienced Arctic navigator, and the crew are closely monitoring conditions with support from the Fleet Operations center to ensure safety.
