Google AI Overviews Exceed 2 Billion Monthly Users, Gemini App Approaches 450 Million

Google's AI adoption is rapidly expanding, with AI Overviews in Google Search reaching over 2 billion monthly users and its standalone Gemini app hitting 450 million monthly active users. AI Mode, Google’s conversational AI interface for Search, has surpassed 100 million monthly users, primarily in the U.S. and India, and recently integrated the advanced Gemini 2.5 Pro model, which offers enhanced reasoning, a massive context window, and multimodal capabilities. Gemini 2.5 Pro’s Deep Search feature allows users to control iterative reasoning processes, improving response accuracy for complex queries.
