Arkansas Basketball Unveils 2025-26 Teams at Primetime at the Palace Event
Arkansas held its 'Primetime at the Palace' event at Bud Walton Arena to introduce the 2025-26 Razorbacks, featuring a dunk contest, three-point shootout and a brief men's scrimmage. Trevon Brazile won the dunk contest (including an impressive dunk over 7-foot freshman Elmir Dzafic) and Billy Richmond produced a standout 360 windmill; other notable men's performers included Meleek Thomas. The women's team, led by first-year coach Kelsi Musick, was introduced but did not scrimmage. Coach John Calipari said the staff is building on last season's Sweet 16 run and highlighted improved team health, continuity, and conditioning heading into 2025-26. Arkansas said it will hold a Pro Day that will draw NBA scouts and has scheduled a Hot Springs scrimmage as the program prepares for the season.
