Orlando Magic Sign Mac McClung to Two-Way Deal

Mac McClung, a two-time NBA Slam Dunk Contest champion, has secured a two-way contract with the Orlando Magic following his impressive performance in the G League with their affiliate, the Osceola Magic. Last season, McClung was named the G League MVP after averaging 25.7 points, 6.6 assists, and 4.7 rebounds per game. He joins Trevelin Queen as a two-way player for the Magic, who have one more two-way spot open. McClung's contract conversion from an Exhibit 10 deal allows him to split time between the NBA and the G League, although he is limited to 50 NBA games. Despite playing only four NBA regular-season games across stints with the Lakers, Bulls, and 76ers, McClung is eager to make the most of his opportunity with the Magic, who start their season against the Miami Heat. His signing adds depth to Orlando's backcourt, which includes players like Jalen Suggs and Cole Anthony, as the team looks to build on last year’s playoff appearance.
